“Ghostech Paranormal Investigations – Episode 145 – Return To Slough Fort HD” delves into the eerie corridors of Slough Fort, a historical site with a rich past and numerous reports of paranormal activity. The Ghostech team embarks on a thorough investigation, navigating the fort’s ammunition stores, cells, and barracks, in search of the spirits said to haunt the premises.

Constructed in 1867 in Kent, England, Slough Fort was initially designed to protect the River Thames from potential invasions. Over the years, it transitioned from a military installation to a zoo, and eventually into a farm and riding stables. Throughout its varied history, the fort has been the subject of many ghostly encounters, including sightings of nurses and doctors from a nearby, now-demolished hospital, an angry soldier, and mysterious lights and footsteps that suggest the fort is still bustling with unseen occupants.
In this episode, the investigators experienced numerous unexplained phenomena: footsteps, disembodied voices, and interactions with their equipment, such as the R Pod and EMF detectors. Notable moments include hearing the name “Anthony” whispered from the shadows, suggesting a personal connection with the fort’s ethereal residents. The team also captures EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena) that add a chilling layer to their nighttime exploration.
Despite capturing compelling evidence of the paranormal, the fort’s mysteries remain largely intact, inviting further speculation and investigation into its spectral inhabitants. The episode, lasting 39 minutes and 12 seconds, is a gripping account of paranormal exploration, offering insights into one of Kent’s most haunted locations.
